In September 2023 after a collaborative relationship for over 10 years, Karl who owned and ran Helliwells Website Design, passed over all of this hosting accounts and current clients to FUZZ UK. As many of you will be aware, Karls focus had shifted over the past year, leading to limited availability to attend to his clients needs.

Due to our long standing relationship and our shared values and ethos, Karl decided that FUZZ UK were best equipped to continue to foster the excellent and long-standing relationships Karl had built over the years with his clients.

What happens now?

What happens if you are an existing client of Helliwells Website Design

Karl has been in touch with all of his clients progressively since the take over, so you should have received an intro email from him detailing the takeover and what will happen. In the interim, nothing will change and your service will continue as normal. Andy from FUZZ UK will have already been in touch with you, if you have not heard from him then he will be in touch nearer your hosting renewal date.

Can I still get work done on my website?

Andy builds websites the exact same way as Karl did, so if you need any assistance or need any updates or additions to your website, please call Andy on 07956611334, or email andy@fuzzuk.com.

After 6 months of overview from Karl, all emails will then be redirected to FUZZ UK to collect any internal requests for support or updates.
